AWS - move your business to the cloud

AWS includes a mix of infrastructure as a service (IaaS – Infrastructure as a Service), platform as a service (PaaS – Platform as a Service), and software package as a service (SaaS – Software as a Service). In addition, AWS services offer organizational tools such as computing power, database storage, and content delivery services, among others.

.01
The first AWS service, Amazon SQS (Simple Queue Service), responsible for queuing sent messages, was launched in November 2004. In 2006, Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) was added for data storage, followed by the Amazon Elastic Cloud Computing (EC2) deployment, enabling the rental of virtual servers in an IaaS model. Amazon web services development over the past few years has been spectacular.

Currently, the AWS portfolio includes more than 200 individual services that can be configured separately and according to your needs or create an integrated infrastructure based on them. These include computing power, storage, artificial intelligence, blockchain, the Internet of Things, or Augmented Reality, among others.

Why use AWS cloud services?
Amazon Web Services’ nearly decade-long competitive advantage has meant that Amazon has had time to research, experiment, and continuously develop its offerings. As a result, AWS cloud services have a significant market share and offer a wide range of services. The advantages of AWS are:
01
Low entry threshold:
Using AWS cloud services provides simple and fast access to servers, databases, storage, and other services over the Internet in a pay-as-you-go model. This is critical, especially for startups that are not yet profitable.
02
Minimize infrastructure maintenance:
With AWS development, we use the infrastructure provided for us and can focus on what is vital for our system.
03
Flexibility and scalability:
A well-built and managed cloud system allows us to handle traffic even during peak demand – without downtime or loss of business.
04
Cost reduction:
Migrating to the cloud and using AWS development is an excellent way to reduce the total cost of ownership, ultimately reducing business operations costs.
05
Security of data access:
As long as we reasonably use the cloud service, keeping in mind the appropriate level of protection, we can rest easy.
06
Cost proportionate to the use of resources
Depending on the service, we can adjust the cost of the system by changing the parameters of the services used, such as CPU allocation, RAM, and disk size. For other services, we can pay only for the work done.
