Plan and Analyze Remote Teams' Work Efficiently with an ERP & CRM Integrated Solution
01.
Developing a solution that integrates into ERP & CRM systems
First created during the COVID-19 pandemic to address the challenges of remote work, Recare is a team management solution.
Managing the productivity and workflow of a remote team isn’t always easy. It was a big challenge for all companies suddenly switching to fully remote.
Additionally, forecasting the financial impact for the coming months in an uncertain future. Having backup plans, and handling staff replacements to name only a few challenges. That’s why Recare was created. A mobile app designed to help our client navigate these challenges and manage their team effectively.
Recare integrates with existing ERP and CRM systems or can function as a standalone solution. This app allows to analyze, and plan the work of the teams, even when they are remote, by using real-time data and management tools.

The challenge of integrating an interactive UI with real-time data access
In developing the Recare app, our focus was on three main challenges.
Firstly, creating an easy-to-use interface. The challenge was to design an app that is simple and intuitive. This would allow users to navigate and use its features without difficulty.
Secondly, ensuring that Recare could work with existing CRM and ERP software while also being a standalone solution. The goal was to design an app that could integrate into various systems without major changes.
Lastly, providing real-time data in an easy-to-read format. The challenge here was to develop a feature that supports real-time data and work management. This helps you stay informed and make better decisions.
03.
A full solution to manage remote team during COVID-19
The original focus of the app was to help manage teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. The key features of the project included:
Data Collection
Recare quickly provides a complete overview of employees’ health, SARS-CoV-2 test status, and infection risk. This feature aids in informed decision-making for managing remote teams effectively.
Backup Plan
Recare helps organize backup plans to prevent financial and personnel losses. This ensures business continuity and maintains productivity during health crises.
Analysis
Recare analyzes employee data to assess risks and recommend proactive steps. This feature enables preemptive action to protect staff and manage remote work efficiently.
Data Processing
Recare constructs forecasts and business models based on your company’s condition during crises. This helps secure human resources and provide insights for effective work management.
04.
The final result was a mobile app the provides real-time health management tools
Our project focused on developing Recare, a mobile app designed to track team health. The app addresses the challenges of managing your team’s health and remote work.
It integrates with existing ERP and CRM systems or functions as a standalone solution. Recare provides real-time management tools. This means teams stay informed, healthy, and productive. The user-friendly design and full feature list support health initiatives and work planning.
