Credico is a global leader in outsourced customer acquisition
Credico simplifies customer acquisition by streamlining sales operations. It partners with Fortune 150s, mid-market companies, and nonprofits to deliver tailored sales solutions that drive growth.
Working in the USA, Canada, UK, and South Africa, it has a large network of Independent Sales Offices (ISOs). These ISOs act as local sales engines. Each campaign comes with unique requirements, documentation, and performance targets.
What happens when you quadruple your sales network?
Credico has experienced significant global growth, quadrupling its partnerships. As ISOs ran more campaigns, quick access to key information, real-time data, and seamless communication became critical.
The aim was to invest in a digital platform that helps ISOs operate more efficiently. It also needed to support the expectations of clients across different markets.
We’ve partnered with Credico to design and develop the core front-end and back-end architecture. We delivered a powerful web app that brings everything ISOs need into one place, including:

A growing global sales network needed tools to support scale and speed
As Credico’s Independent Sales Offices (ISOs) network grew, keeping everything connected became more complex. The more sales offices Credico added, the more important it was to deliver information quickly and clearly. Yet, the tools in place were slowing things down.
Communication was split across email and Teams, making it harder to respond to time-sensitive issues.
Key information, such as campaign policies, procedures, and training materials – was stored in different systems.
Resources were scattered across Box, internal databases, and inboxes, making it difficult for ISOs to find what they needed.
Onboarding new ISOs took longer than it should have, often due to confusion about where to go or who to ask.

Internally, Credico’s development team was focused on other high-priority projects. While the team had a clear vision, they didn’t have the available resources or domain expertise. Building a platform that could scale depended on specialized knowledge in mobile and PWA development. This is where our team came in.

A single application to unify communication, knowledge access, and performance insight
Credico Connect simplifies daily work for Independent Sales Offices (ISOs) with a consistent experience across mobile and desktop. Built together with Credico’s internal team, the platform is mobile-first and highly flexible.
The app adapts to how ISOs work, offering:
Real-time communication
Secure document access
Live dashboards with campaign insights
Built on Blazor and Azure, the platform also reduces time lost switching between tools.
Key features included:
Real-time communication
A Microsoft Teams integration with Graph API allows ISO Owners to message Credico directly. This replaced slow, siloed email threads. A Teams bot pushed global updates, while app notifications meant no one missed any memos on desktop or mobile.
AI-powered search and smart assistant
Azure Search AI brought together scattered content into one searchable platform. ISOs use an AI assistant to ask natural questions and get fast, accurate answers—no more digging through documents. This saves time digging through files or reports.
Live dashboards and performance tracking
Personalized dashboards gave ISOs real-time visibility into campaign goals and KPIs. This allowed the offices to track team performance on the go. ISOs benefited from gamified progress tracking that encouraged daily focus and motivation.
Secure access to critical resources
ISOs could access forms, reports, subscriptions, and follow internal procedures within the app. Role-based permissions mean each ISO only sees content relevant to their own campaigns.

Client perspective
With our initial release of the product, we immediately saw a huge uptick in our ISO engagement with our head office and our written resources. We also had a lot of positive feedback from our Independent Sales Offices (ISOs) as we were able to quickly give them insights and information access that they had never had before. Hundreds of different contractor offices are now enrolled in the Credico Connect app.

From MVP to full-scale rollout of the Credico Connect Product
We delivered Credico Connect over 22 months. The first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was released 6 months in. It helped fix the most urgent business needs. From there, we continued to build and improve the platform through ongoing iterations.
What we delivered
A scalable, mobile-ready front-end
Using Blazor WebAssembly, the app was built with full PWA support, it runs on mobile and desktop from a single codebase. This makes access fast, flexible, and consistent across devices.
A powerful back-end architecture
We created a distributed system using .NET REST APIs, Azure Functions, and cloud-native integrations. This setup supports lightweight sync tasks, real-time data delivery, and a clean handoff from legacy systems.
Smart data unification
A flattened data lake using Azure Search AI combines all sources into one unified system. This made searches simple, secure & tailored to each ISO’s access level.


Integrated AI assistance
Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o) helps users quickly find answers without searching through documents. The assistant respects role-based permissions, ensuring every response is accurate and relevant.
Business intelligence at a glance
Live dashboards and reporting tools that show real-time metrics and progress. Each view was tailored to the user. ISO owners could check their targets and track performance across teams.
A productive global workflow
Despite an 8-hour time difference, our teams worked in sync with enough overlap for live check-ins and handovers. The project had almost 16 hours of development coverage per day. Because of this delivery moved faster without compromising quality.
Full knowledge transfer and documentation
A clear handover process was essential to long-term success. The team kept an up-to-date project wiki and a well-organized backlog to support growth. Auto-generated OpenAPI documentation made the technical handoff simple. Training gave Credico’s team the knowledge to manage and grow the platform.

Credico Connect has become a core part of how Credico supports and scales its global ISO network. Faster onboarding, better tool access, and live performance insights help streamline operations across hundreds of offices.
