About project
We’re looking for an IT Recruiter (junior/mid) to join our Recruitment & People Experience team. You’ll mainly support us in recruiting IT specialists, but also get involved in employer branding and other people-related initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- • Running end-to-end recruitment processes - from the first contact with candidates to presenting offers..
- • Creating and publishing job advertisements.
- • Actively sourcing and cold calling - you enjoy finding people rather than waiting for them to come to you.
- • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- • Keeping our candidate database and recruitment documentation up to date.
- • Supporting Employer Branding activities – we love creative ideas!
- • Supporting other projects within the people-related initiatives.
You will be the best fit if you have
- • At least 1.5–2 years of experience in independently managing recruitment processes in the IT industry.
- • Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.
- • Fluency in Polish (C2/native) and good command of English (minimum B2).
- • You enjoy talking to people and know how to build long-term relationships.
- • You’re open-minded, proactive, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
