As we continue to grow and support both our long-term partners and new clients with numerous recruitment projects, including those planned for the future, we are now looking for Software Developer (.NET)
What you’ll be doing
- • Designing and developing enterprise-level systems using .NET technologies and the Angular framework on the frontend.
- • Turning business and technical requirements into clear and practical software designs.
- • Proposing and implementing technical solutions that address business needs and complex challenges.
- • Leading development teams and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Setting and maintaining software development standards to ensure code quality and consistency.
- • Optimizing applications for performance, security, and overall quality.
- • Estimating development effort and timelines, and helping to plan project delivery.
- • Managing configuration, version control, and software releases.
- • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operations.
- • Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment activities.

- • Creating prototypes and internal testing tools to validate ideas and improve efficiency.
- • Providing second- and third-line technical support when needed.
You will be the best fit if you have
- • At least one certification in a .NET software development technology domain at an advanced level or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate.
- • English level B2 (confirmed by certificate or extended language audit).
- • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field.
- • Proficiency in building complete software solutions, including data, business logic, and user interface layers (for example .NET, Angular, MS SQL, SSRS, PowerShell, and others).
- • Solid knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using UML diagrams.
- • Experience going through the full software solution lifecycle at least once.
- • Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-level software systems within a specified technology domain.
- • Hands-on experience working in Scrum-based environments.
- • Ability to lead technical teams and guide development efforts.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly and effectively.
