The main goal - Go To Brand project
Create, as part of the internationalization of the company, an analysis of the perspectives for Inspeerity’s product to enter into global markets, especially prospective ones, such as Canada, the USA, and ZEA, through, among others, verification of the legal situation, searching for partners, and determination of best marketing/export practices in individual countries.
We're expecting following outcomes:
- expanding sales markets and increasing product sales by preparing an optimal solution taking into account a plan of minimizing individual entry risks,
- acquiring key partners and customers,
- acquiring new distribution channels,
- acquiring a new group of solution suppliers,
- verification of selected markets,
- achieving economies of scale,
- increasing the recognisability of the Inspeerity brand in international markets.
As part of this project, the company plans to conduct 15 visits to the most important European events of global reach and to prospective markets in Canada, the United States of America, and the United Arab Emirates.
