Location: Warsaw

4 500 – 5 500 PLN brutto UoP

Your main responsibilities:

  • Performing the following tasks in the field of finance;
  • Entering invoices into the internal financial system, support in the preparation of financial statements/reports;
  • Supporting the HR department in completing employee personal files, equipment handover protocols;
  • Supporting the organization of business trips;
  • Provision of office supplies and groceries;
  • Taking care of the efficient functioning and aesthetics of the office;
  • Guest reception;
  • Sending and receiving courier and postal items;
  • Cooperation with service providers;
  • Active role in creating a friendly and safe workplace;
  • Help in organizing company events (also includes membership in our Party Committee);
  • Active support of the current activities of the company’s Management Board.

You are the perfect fit if you:

  • have accuracy and meticulousness in performing assigned tasks;
  • have knowledge of Office, in particular Excel;
  • are ready to work from the office;
  • have knowledge of the English language at a communicative level;
  • are good at multitasking;
  • have good organizational skills;
  • are willing to develop and grow.

We usually work between 10 am and 4 pm from Monday to Friday. That is the time range when our team members and clients are available online. It is the time when we schedule our calls and meetings. Nevertheless, we believe that you know when your productivity is at highest level, so if it is applicable for your current project, you can work whenever you feel best for you!

Once starting work in Inspeerity you can choose freely between B2B contract (Umowa o Współpracę) or Employment contract (Umowa o Pracę).

We believe in people interactions and direct communication and we want you to be real part of our Team, have a small chat in the kitchen or go for lunch together. That is why we prefer to see you in the office (when it’s safe). However for part of your time you can work from any other spot of your choice. But try our atmosphere in the office first – we bet that you’ll like it!
