  • the ability to manage the employee life cycle (from recruitment to onboarding, evaluation, promotion and offboarding)
  • the skill to prioritize tasks
  • positive attitude and a “can do” approach
  • good command of English (German will be an advantage)
  • you like to move around (our offices are in Warsaw and Białystok – we expect you to be a frequent visitor there 🙂)

Your tasks:


  • creating an effective human capital strategy – taking care of the entire life cycle of an employee
  • building and supporting the recruitment process – mainly IT positions
  • mentoring and supporting team development by introducing good practices (evaluations, feedback sessions, onboarding, offboarding)
  • monitoring and working with key HR performance indicators and doing regular check-ins with Management Board
  • building a culture of openness and development
  • managing a 2-person (for now) HR team (in Warsaw and Białystok)
  • supporting people’s aspirations and their development goals
